What we collect

When you submit a quote request we collect:

• Your name, mobile number and email address
• Your address and postcode
• Property type, tenure, number of rooms, and installation timeframe
• Any comments you add to the form
• Your consent to share these details with up to 3 installers

How we use it

Your details are shared with up to 3 vetted installers we believe match your postcode and job type. Those installers use your details only to contact you with a quote for the work you asked about. They do not sell your details, and neither do we.

How long we keep it

We keep your quote details for 24 months so we can help resolve any dispute with an installer. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to see what data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Email us at hello@coolerspaces.co.uk and we will action any request within one month.
